Lead Software Engineer (m/f/d)High-Tech Industrial Monitoring

Shape the technical direction of a product that connects industrial hardware, thermography, and software. At TMC, you take ownership of the software architecture, lead a small team, and work on the core platform behind the ThermoProfileScanner.

Technically, this means:

Leading software development across frontend, backend, edge processing, and data pipelines
Designing scalable architectures for real-time industrial monitoring systems
Coordinating external software partners and internal developers
Building interfaces between sensor data, cloud services, analytics, and user-facing tools
Setting coding standards, reviewing code, and mentoring team members

We work with:

JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, C/C++, and C#
React, Node.js, modern web technologies, cloud and on-premise deployment
Industrial interfaces, sensor data, thermography, and modern developer tools

What we expect:

A degree in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering, mathematics, or a related field
Strong experience in software architecture, backend, or full-stack systems
Experience leading technical projects or small teams
Interest in industrial applications and pragmatic automation
Fluent English; German is helpful

Technically, this means:

Developing frontend, backend, edge-processing, and data-pipeline features
Building web dashboards, analysis tools, and system interfaces
Connecting sensor data, cloud services, analysis logic, and user-facing tools
Working with engineers, product experts, and customers to solve practical industrial problems
Writing clean, maintainable code in a growing technical setup

We work with:

JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, C/C++, and C#
React, Node.js, modern web technologies, cloud and on-premise deployment
Industrial interfaces, sensor data, thermography, and modern developer tools

Mechatronics Engineer (m/f/d)High-Tech Industrial Monitoring

Bring hardware, electronics, mechanics, and software together in a high-tech monitoring system for welded tube production. You work where workshop, sensors, commissioning, and service meet.

Technically, this means:

Building, testing, and improving ThermoProfileScanner systems
Assembling mechanical and electronic components
Supporting prototype development, calibration, and system integration
Preparing systems for customer delivery and commissioning
Supporting service, maintenance, and troubleshooting on customer installations
Working closely with software engineers, product experts, and industrial partners

What we expect:

Training or a degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering, automation, mechanical engineering, or a related field
A hands-on mindset and interest in industrial hardware
