The ThermoProfileScanner is a device that scans your weld seams for irregular thermal discrepancies in real time to ensure a high quality production without losing an unnecessary amount of valuable material.
Application
TPS supports TIG, Plasma, HFI, ERW, HFW, resistance butt welding, Laser, MAG, and MIG processes across steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, bronze, titanium, nickel, and other metal alloys. From 1.5 mm precision tubes to large profiles, the system is designed for direct production-line integration.
