3. Hosting, infrastructure and source code management
This website is deployed through Railway for hosting, backend operation and deployment. IONOS is used for domain, DNS and email infrastructure where applicable. These providers process technical data required to deliver the website, maintain availability, prevent abuse and secure the infrastructure.
Where relevant, GitHub may be used for source code management, collaboration and deployment workflows. Normal website visitors do not need a GitHub account.
The legal basis for secure and efficient website operation is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where providers process personal data on our behalf, this is done under appropriate data processing agreements where required.
4. Access data and server log files
When you visit the website, technical information transmitted by your browser may be processed.
- IP address, where applicable shortened;
- date and time of the request;
- requested file or URL;
- browser type and version;
- operating system;
- referrer URL;
- HTTP status code and transferred data volume.
5. Cookies and consent management
The website uses consent management to store your cookie choice and to keep non-essential categories disabled until consent is granted. Necessary cookies may be used for technical operation, security and consent storage. Preferences, analytics/statistics and marketing/external-media categories are off by default and are not pre-selected. Language switching works without cookies through page state and URL parameters; optional preference storage can remember a preferred language only when that category is allowed.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer or on the Cookie Policy page. Non-essential services are loaded only after the matching consent; where technically possible, related local storage is removed after withdrawal.
6. Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC is used only after Analytics consent has been granted. The purpose is website usage measurement, page views, traffic sources, technical performance and privacy-safe interaction events that help improve website content.
Possible data includes page URL, referrer, approximate location, device and browser information, interaction events, consent state and Google Analytics identifiers such as _ga and _ga_*. The website is configured for Basic Consent Mode: GA4 is not loaded and no GA4 page views or events are sent before Analytics consent.
Form contents such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names or free-text messages are not sent to GA4. The legal basis for GA4 analytics cookies and tracking is consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw consent through Cookie settings.
7. Google Search Console
Google Search Console is used for aggregated SEO and search-performance information for the verified domain. It does not place cookies on visitors' browsers through this website.
8. Error monitoring
Sentry may be used for backend and browser error monitoring. Backend monitoring covers technical server errors needed to operate and secure the website. Browser monitoring is loaded only after Analytics/Statistics consent and is configured with default personal-data collection disabled.
Session Replay is currently disabled in the website code. Client-side and server-side scrubbers are intended to remove form field contents, contact fields, cookies, authorization data, query strings and UTM values before an event is sent to Sentry.
9. Contact and email communication
If you contact us by email, contact form or linked ticketing system, your information is processed to handle the request. This may include name, company, email address, phone number, message content and technical transmission data. Outgoing contact-form and transactional emails may be sent through SMTP2GO. Contact form payloads are not sent to Google Analytics 4.
10. Recipients of data
Personal data is passed on only where necessary.
- to processors such as hosting, infrastructure, analytics, email or ticketing providers;
- to GitHub in connection with source code management and deployment workflows where relevant;
- where we are legally obliged to do so;
- or where you have consented.
11. External links
This website may link to external services, partner pages, social media or ticketing systems. When you open an external link, the privacy notices and technical processing of the respective provider apply. YouTube videos and OpenStreetMap maps are not autoloaded before the matching consent; local placeholders offer Cookie settings or a direct link to the provider.
12. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
13. Changes to this privacy policy
We may update this privacy policy to reflect legal requirements, technical changes or new services.
