Lead Software Engineer (m/f/d)
Shape the technical direction of a product that connects industrial hardware, thermography, and software. At TMC, you take ownership of the software architecture, lead a small team, and work on the core platform behind the ThermoProfileScanner.

- Leading software development across frontend, backend, edge processing, and data pipelines
- Designing scalable architectures for real-time industrial monitoring systems
- Coordinating external software partners and internal developers
- Building interfaces between sensor data, cloud services, analytics, and user-facing tools
- Setting coding standards, reviewing code, and mentoring team members
We work with:
- JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, C/C++, and C#
- React, Node.js, modern web technologies, cloud and on-premise deployment
- Industrial interfaces, sensor data, thermography, and modern developer tools
What we expect:
- A degree in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering, mathematics, or a related field
- Strong experience in software architecture, backend, or full-stack systems
- Experience leading technical projects or small teams
- Interest in industrial applications and pragmatic automation
- Fluent English; German is helpful
