Applicant Privacy Notice

We process your application details and attachments solely to carry out the application process, communicate with you, assess your suitability and decide on possible employment or cooperation with Tube Mill Control.

This includes in particular contact details, information about the desired position, availability, professional profiles or links, and the documents you upload, such as CV, cover letter, references, certificates and confirmations.

The legal basis is in particular Section 26(1) BDSG in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where processing is required for documentation, IT security or legal defense, we rely on legitimate interests under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Inclusion in a talent pool takes place only with separate consent.

Access is limited to the people at Tube Mill Control who are involved in the application process. Technical service providers for hosting, deployment and email delivery may also be involved, in particular SMTP2GO for sending application and confirmation emails once this service is configured. Applications are not permanently stored in an applicant database; they are transmitted by email to Tube Mill Control.

After the process has been completed, application data is generally retained only for as long as required for statutory evidence and defense purposes, usually up to six months. Longer retention takes place only if you separately consent to it or if legal obligations require it.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Please contact info@tubemillcontrol.de for this. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

Providing your data is voluntary. However, without the information and documents required for an application, we cannot meaningfully review or process your application.
